About Lin He Buffet

Lin He Buffet is a chinese buffet in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. It is listed at 421 Friendship Rd Ste 1, Harrisburg, PA 17111, which places it among the local businesses of Harrisburg that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Harrisburg; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Pennsylvania are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 10:30 am–9:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Lin He Buffet at (717) 889-7008; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, etapthru.com.

Harrisburg is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Harrisburg follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My waitress was extremely friendly. Ive been to my fair share of buffets, The food was very good arguably the best buffet food ive ever had. They offer a wide variety of dishes. Only complaint would be the broccoli in my hibachi dish was under cooked. Other than that 5β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†

The fried rice tastes like it was made by the jail cook, and I don't want seconds this time, everything just seemed to have a slightly off taste- maybe the recipe- egg rolls were cold too- spicy fish and octopus has a nice ting to it... update my girlfriend can't finish the rice it tastes too off, she hasn't done time so understandable- crab ragoons were good... if you don't like crab, damn things had no meat! Stuffed clams contain a chewy mystery meat for your pleasure- the other chewy bit was the sushi, slightly concerning when it is taking more bites for that than the octopus- when we got the bill it said dinner buffet, which is true since it is 6:43 now, but most of it tastes like it has been here since lunch. Nice building though

This evening at this place was just AWFUL. I have been going to this restaurant on and off for years and never had any issues up until tonight. The "host" we had was the worst most ignorant person I have ever dealt with in a restaurant environment. The food was just meh. When it was time to pay the bill, not only were we rushed, after tipping and signing the receipt she slaps it back down on the table with a rude attitude and preceded to tell me that I MUST tip her 20%. She refused to take the check until I updated the tip. I was sooo angry at this moment I just asked her how much you want she said here look 20%. After I updated it to what she wanted, she snatched it out of my hands and said thank you and threw my card on the table. Not only her nasty rude attitude got to me, she also embarrassed me in front of my friends. I thought the tip I originally left was fair. She did nothing but sit us and bring us a few waters. She also kept coming back and snatching plates off our table without even asking if we were done. What made this person think she deserved a 20% tip? After years of recommending this place and eating there myself with friends and family, I have only one thing to sa

I love the atmosphere, food and friendly staff. The food is always fresh a lot more variety them all buffet I have been to. They love the client. They already give you big smile and make you feel welcome. Even to people who deserve to get kicked out. Please families when visiting restaurant with kids make sure you clean after your kids, or have them clean if they are old enough to understand….A little cute story To begin when I lived in Harrisburg this was my favorite Chinese buffet to visit while I was pregnant. After my daughter was born they remember me and treated my daughter like their niece. Every time we’re in the area we must go there or my daughter is no happy. They always hug her the minute she gets in there. They talk to her like a family member would talk to her. Very friendly even when dealing with disrespectful people. Love you guys!

Drove by today and stopped in . I'm very happy we did This place was amazing. For a buffet we were completely surprised at how clean. And well stocked with some extremely delicious food . Great variety. The staff was excellent. We were seated quickly. Plenty of room . The buffet itself was well taken care of . Completely stocked and kept that way . Presentation of the food was excellent. Not all messed up like you usually see . It is very clean. And the variety was endless. Sushi. To the Hibachi grill . Salad items, Shrimp, Clams , mussels, chicken wings and the list goes on. My wife who had gastric bypass surgery got a plate. Not very much . Soup . Piece of fish and some egg rolls that she could not eat . After talking to the manager we were permitted to take home what she could not eat . And charging for a kids meal. You must show proof. Anyway it really wasn't much . I'm very picky about eating out . But this place successfully satisfies my expectations. I very highly recommend. Put a smile on my face
